WSS Calendar is the booking and calendar application operated by We Scale Startups. It powers public Growth Audit scheduling on this site and on cal.wescalestartups.com.
Purpose
What WSS Calendar does
Founders book a free 20 minutes Growth Audit. WSS Calendar checks Daniel Johnson’s availability, writes the appointment to Google Calendar, and attaches a Google Meet link so both sides get a calendar invite with a working video URL.
- Public booking — visitors pick a time for the Growth Audit without creating an account.
- Google Calendar access — used only so the host calendar stays accurate and double-bookings are avoided.
- Google Meet — creates the meeting location on each confirmed booking and includes it in the invite.
- Email confirmations and reminders — booking, reschedule, and reminder messages for host and guest.
Who operates it
We Scale Startups
WSS Calendar is not a consumer product for third-party teams. It is the internal scheduling stack for We Scale Startups, used to run Growth Audit calls with founders. Support contact: daniel@wescalestartups.com .

Scheduling data (name, email, company, intake answers, and meeting times) is handled under the same company policies as the rest of We Scale Startups.
